Exhibition at Museo Lázaro Galdiano, Madrid, and Stavanger Art Museum
Visionary Romantics will include altogether about 60 works from the collections of Museo Lázaro Galdiano, Stavanger Art Museum, and The Gundersen Collection (Oslo).
This exhibition represents a unique Spanish-Norwegian collaboration, and is organized by the two museums jointly with CEEH – Centro de Estudios Europa Hispánica and NIA – Nordic Institute of Art.

EVA BULL HOLTE

Exhibition at Haugar Vestfold Kunstmuseum, Tønsberg.
The oeuvre of the Norwegian artist Eva Bull Holte (1922–1993) is deeply rooted in Norwegian and Modernist movements of the 20th century. Foremost a painter, Bull Holte worked within multiple media, including drawings, prints and ceramics.
This monographic exhibition is a joint venture between Haugar Art Museum and Nordic Institute of Art, and will include some 50 works.

Half a century later, art historian Linda Nochlin asked rhetorically: ‘Why Have There Been No Great Women Artists?’ Were there actually no women artists in the past – or have they just been pushed to the margins of the canon of art history?
